Duties:
- Safely transports guests to their destination
- Loads and unloads golf clubs, luggage, etc.
- Informs guest of features available in the unit (e.g. key code, AC control, fireplace, etc.)
- Provides general information on Reynolds Lake Oconee and the surrounding community to visitors
- Communicates and resolves any guest calls, request, or problems at the unit
- Check guests into accommodations
- Answers phone at Member Concierge/Guest Services
- Maintain guest confidentiality
- Keeps van(s) clean and operational (exterior and interior)
- Reports mechanical problems to Director of Member and Guest Experience
- Ability to work as a team member
- Works well with others and generates positivity
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Valid GA driver’s license and good driving record; at least 21 years of age
- Ability to work with the public, courteous and excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of computers and Microsoft suite
- Frequent moderate lifting required, up to 75 lbs. (e.g. loading golf clubs, luggage, etc.)
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees
- Ability to bend, stretch, lift correctly, twist, pull and stoop
- Ability to move up and down stairs or ramps
- Ability to work in different weather conditions
- Courteous and friendly attitude
