We’re looking for a Quality Engineer to take ownership of the quality of our Simulator Experience focusing on hardware‑centric components such as moving floors, screens, impact systems, and future simulator innovations. In this role, you will ensure that new features and hardware integrations meet Trackman’s high standards for stability, performance, and user experience. You’ll work closely with the Product Owner and Head of QA to define test strategies, validate releases, and ensure that our simulator hardware behaves reliably in real‑world environments. Guiding a Student Tester will be part of your work, but your primary responsibility is driving quality across simulator‑related hardware. Key Responsibilities Quality Ownership Own the quality of simulator‑related hardware components, including moving floors, screens, impact systems, and upcoming innovations. Validate system behaviour end‑to‑end, ensuring stable performance across hardware and software touchpoints. Drive risk‑based and exploratory testing with a strong focus on real‑world simulator usage.
