Finland’s oldest golf club is hiring a PGA Teaching Professional for the 2027 season and beyond, with an indoor studio keeping coaching running through the winter.

What you’ll do

Deliver individual and group coaching for members, juniors, and corporate clients
Run the junior academy programme with our second professional
Use TrackMan and video analysis in our indoor performance studio from November to April
Support club competitions and member events through the season

What we’re looking for

PGA qualification (Finnish PGA or another recognised PGA)
Experience building junior programmes
English required; Finnish or Swedish is a strong plus
A coach who wants to stay and build something over several seasons

What’s on offer

€3,400-4,200/month base plus lesson revenue share
