Key Account Coordinator

Trackman is looking for a Key Account Coordinator to join our SIM Scheduling Maintenance team. This role is the operational backbone of our Key Account program. This role will support our most strategic commercial partners. You will be the single point of contact coordinating installations, maintenance visits, and vendor requests across the key account network, working directly alongside the Key Account Project Manager and Key Account Installation Team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. You will be the connective piece between our field team, our key account contacts, and our internal operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Schedule and coordinate all Key Account installations, maintenance visits, and revisits for the Key Account Installation Team, ensuring alignment between installer availability, account contacts, and project timelines.
