Costa Navarino is looking for a Head Greenkeeper to lead the agronomy team across the Bay Course, a 27-strong crew maintaining seaside paspalum surfaces year-round.

What you’ll do

Plan and direct all daily course maintenance: mowing schedules, irrigation, topdressing, and tournament preparation
Manage a team of 27 greenkeepers and mechanics, including seasonal hiring and training
Own the agronomy budget and supplier relationships for fertiliser, chemicals, and machinery
Work with the Director of Agronomy on long-term surface and drainage projects

What we’re looking for

5+ years in a senior greenkeeping role, ideally on warm-season grasses
Formal turf management qualification (HNC/HND, BASIS, or equivalent)
Spraying certificates and a strong record of IPM-led maintenance
Comfortable leading large teams in a resort environment

What’s on offer

€48,000-58,000 depending on experience
