Fairmont St Andrews is recruiting a Golf Operations Manager to run the day-to-day guest experience across two championship courses in the home of golf.

What you’ll do

Lead the golf services team: starters, marshals, caddie master, and reservations
Own the tee sheet strategy across resort guests, members, and tour operators
Manage buggy and equipment fleets, and the practice facility
Deliver visitor golf events and corporate days end to end

What we’re looking for

3+ years in golf operations at a resort or busy members’ club
Confident with tee sheet and POS systems (Concept, ResortSuite, or similar)
A calm front-of-house presence during peak links season
PGA background welcome but not required

What’s on offer

£38,000-45,000 plus resort service charge
