Quinta do Lago is searching for a Club General Manager to lead one of Europe’s flagship golf resorts: three championship courses, a busy academy, and a 2,000-acre estate community.

What you’ll do

Full P&L ownership across golf, academy, retail, and food & beverage
Lead a senior team of eight department heads and 200+ staff in peak season
Set the membership and visitor pricing strategy with the commercial team
Represent the club with tour operators, the Portuguese federation, and estate residents

What we’re looking for

Proven GM or Director of Golf record at a multi-course venue
Strong commercial instincts, you’ve grown revenue, not just managed it
CMAE/CCM or equivalent club management credentials preferred
Fluent English; Portuguese is an advantage
