Sunningdale is appointing a Caddie Master to run one of the most respected caddie programmes in the game across the Old and New courses.
What you’ll do
- Manage the daily caddie roster and allocations for members and visitors
- Recruit, train, and mentor a pool of 60+ caddies
- Coordinate with the starters and secretary’s office on visitor days and society bookings
- Uphold the standards the yard is known for, turnout, etiquette, and course knowledge
What we’re looking for
- Deep understanding of caddying, ideally with tour or top-club yard experience
- A firm, fair people manager, the yard runs on respect
- Well organised with rosters, payments, and visitor logistics
- Strong personal golf knowledge; heathland experience a bonus
