Marin Country Club is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Mechanic. This position is ideal for someone with a basic understanding of hand tools and strong mechanical aptitude who is looking to develop skills in the turf equipment maintenance at a top-level facility. Working alongside an experienced Head Mechanic, the Assistant Mechanic will be exposed to all aspects of maintaining and repairing golf course equipment, including mowers, utility vehicles, sprayers, tractors, and small engines. Our goal is to develop your mechanical knowledge, diagnostic skills, and preventative maintenance practices in a professional shop environment.
